​Calvin was a gifted drummer. He attended Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp and was a proud member of the Scranton Middle School Band. He was also part of the pit band for Scranton’s musical, The Lion King. The band was where he belonged--he was with other musicians and accepted for who he was. Calvin’s dream was to be a professional drummer.
